Moleskin

1) Lots of great F3 events coming up.  Check the website for more details.  (Operation Sweet Tooth Christina Latini Memorial 8K, Purple Heart Homes 5K, Palmetto 200, Mighty Jungle Polar Bear Type Event (? Ask Toxic), etc.)

2) Always a fun workout at Arnie's Army.  A great AO with plenty of options for all.

3) Thanks to Roadie for replenishing the Block Pile.  Nice touch with the different shapes, sizes and weights.  Including some that are challenging for lawnmower pull.

4) Toxic complained (shocker) that Merkins are not a warmup excercise.  OK.  So we added Merkins into Mary as well.

5) Thanks to Turncoat for the opportunity to Q in my own neighborhood.  It's been over a year since my last Q — which Auto noted — and then penciled me in for another Arnie's Q in February 2021.  Well that's better than Q-ing every Leap Year, right?

Thanks guys for a great start to the week!
