The Thang

Grab Blocks and partner up 

–         Block swings – 20 IC

–         2 blocks one on each are 20 curls OYO, Partner B assist, rotate

–         20 reps OYO – On your back, block at chest lower ground overhead (6 inches)

–         Partner A 2 laps of quadraphilia, Partner B chest to ground merkins between 2 blocks AMRAP, rotate

–         Partner assist – 10 reps of handstand pushups between blocks, rotate

–         Standing Russian Twists – 20 IC

–         20 reps each partner block hand off trifecta

–         20 block crunches IC

–         20 reps bent row IC

–         20 block squats IC
