6 of LKN's finest showed up in the mist for a beatdown around the track, here's what happened.
YHC ran a solo 2 mile standard around the track… got tired of the rain so cut it short
Warm-a-rama
- Mosey around the parking lot including high knees, butt kickers, and kareoke. Jingle Bells rolled in a couple minutes late and joined us on the tail end of the mosey.
- SSH, IST, CP, Windmill, Incline Mountain Climber
The Thang
- The generous Q got 8 blocks out early and put them under the roof to keep them as dry as possible… then we moved out and got them even more wet.
- Place 2 blocks at each "corner" of the track (beginning and end of each straigtaway)
- Run to first set of blocks- 5 burpees- Curls
- Run to next set- 5 burpees- Lunges
- Run- 5 burpees- Skull Crusher
- Run- 5 burpees- Squat Thrust
- Round 1: 5 of each block exercise
- Round 2: 10
- Round 3: 15
- Round 4: 20
- 1 mile running, 80 burpees, 50 of each exercise total
- Return blocks

- YHC completely dropped a block and it somehow did not shatter… not sure how that happened
