#Blocknado is simple – it's like Sharknado, but with blocks and a little bit shorter run. It's fun and fitness all in one, and includes playing with sidewalk chalk #WinWin

- 20 x Curls
- 10 x Squat to Press
- 10 x lawnmowers (each side)
- 10 x blockees
- 10 x skull crushers
After each exercise, take a lap (small was called, some went big) around the Birkdale Clubhouse parking lot…around 2.75 miles total.
Repeato x 5 (or more if you crush it)
Enough Mary to make you want to do more blockees

- Scrappy and Kosar killed it. Kosar is like 60% of himself and crushing workouts
- Guns were out today – Smokey with the Arnies tank, Lego with the shirtless special

- Kosar and Auto took us out with some harmonics that almost killed Lego et al.
