Soccer sans goalies for the remainder of the workout. No 2.0s were harmed.

Abrams wrung out his shirt at the end – YHC would estimate this to have been at least a quart. As a measure of success, YHC would definitely rank this workout as Abrams-approved

Mary

Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Moleskin

We definitely pushed ourselves on this one while having fun all along the way. The run to the bridge on Explorations (mostly back from the bridge) was really challenging. It was inspirational to see those that don't typically do a lot of running really push themselves up that hill. Major kudos to everyone.

Also, we managed fairly well to get a good soccer game going despite only having 7 PAX total. Playing a large field with a small goal and few players meant everyone was running pretty much full speed the whole time. It was one of those workouts where you get a good beatdown without knowing it until later that day.

Coffee afterwards was back! After sad clown coffee the prior Saturday, it was refreshing to see lots of us representing F3 Denver at Cabbella’s.

Reflection

If you’re struggling with something, no matter how small, don’t hesitate to let someone know. And not just let anyone know. Make sure you’re seeking wise counsel from someone who might have conquered that problem or has been where you've at or is where you want to go. Reach out to a fellow PAX you look up to or a pastor – there are a few of them with us in the gloom, or even seek out professional help. But don’t wait until things have gone too far. Let someone walk alongside and carry this burden with you.

As always, an honor.
