- 10 x Squat to Press
- 10 x lawnmowers (each side)
- 10 x blockees
- 10 x skull crushers
After each exercise, take a big lap
Between each Round, FKT style run to the picnic tables for 15 dips, run to monkey bars to go up and over, and 10 pulls ups then return to the lot. (10 burpees substituted for monkey bars if you had slippery hands).
Repeato x 3 rounds plus 10 blockees to end the day because we had a few minutes
Enough Mary to make you want to do more blockees
Got in a little over 2.5 miles with 60 curls, 30 squats, 60 lawnmowers, 40 blockees, 30 skull crushers, 45 dips and 30 pull-ups. Along with burpees if Auto's monkey bars were too hard.
