Blocks, not Rocks

The goal today was upper body conditioning.  The method to achieve it was lots of cinder block reps.

Lots of different rep totals, can't have the pax programmed to stop at 10 each time.

Lets call it 30-33 minutes of upper body cinder block stuff, 3-4 minutes of mosey, and the rest was lower body and Mary.

I can only hope the pax are feeling same way I am, as I type this #backblast with my teeth.

Naked Moleskins:

Great to have FNG Curtis Beckemeyer join us this morning.  Look for him to be named at The Wilderness tomorrow, or soon there after.

Also great to have Sweetest of C's back in the gloom.  He's still got it, the cinder blocks never stood a chance.  Merkins were a different story?

Bunyan, Vinegar Bend, Flo, Gypsy, and Bouncey House all moseyed into the AO at various times around 5:30, give or take a couple minutes.  Hopefully they got a sweat on during their trip back home, because I don't know if any of them broke a sweat during my portion of thier morning fitness program.  #TooStrong

Good to see Caboose got the memo about TMO being a burpee free zone, and was able to muster up the bravery to show

Rocket was doing just what Rocket does, leading every round, and doing it with a smile. #Respect

Mopar and Roadie were puting in work, and chit chatting throughout, or maybe they were just mostly chit chatting, and doing work when necessary.

Mr Holland will be taking over MQ of BRP Saturdays next week.  Get on the calendar and help a brother out.

Brown Dog and Yellow Dog "fetched like a champion today"

Thanks Roadie for the opportunity to lead today.  You've done a fine job in leading the men of TMO, and have set up Dingo for a solid run himself.  #TClaps.
