Grab a block (Pax learns they can’t put their blocks down without a Toxic burpee) unless YHC gives the OK

Line up for an Indian Walk but instead of sprinting to the front (that would be dumb)you Zamperini to the front (much smarter); then the next guy goes 

Repeato until we get to the stairs

Travolta has taken on the role of MQ and dietician for the AO. He has his work cut out for him as the latter. 

Razor, Toxic, and Amen battled it out today and quite frankly we all lost. 

Soprano ran while Zamperini during the IW – beast!

John Boy appeared out of nowhere for Warm o Rama and crushed the workout.
