2 PAX tuned their F3 Dial to the Caboose this AM for a run on the greenway.
The storm had passed leaving a light sprinkle and plenty of puddles, but it was no obstacle. We started at the Bradford Hill Ln entrance to the greenway and ran to end at Rose Meadow lane, did a set of squats, merkins, WWII’s and calf raises. Ran back to start and repeated the set and finished with a little mobility moment.

It was a good time getting to know Beave a little better. We discussed the comfort of our lives in the 21st century and compared it to our Father’s and Grandfathers who had to take on more dangerous occupations to make a living. Never stop being grateful.
