20 Dips-200 yard run (to top corner of parking lot by 73)
25 Pushups-200 yard run (diagonal run through parking lot to launchpad)
30 LBC's-200 yard run (back to pullup bars)
5 sets of the above
3/4 mile run…we didn't get to this run due to time but distance was a bit off on the 200 yard runs so all still got semi close to the ~4 mile total.

REFLECTION
Jeremiah 32:27
"Behold I am the LORD, the GOD of all flesh; is anything too difficult for ME?"
MUMBLECHATTER
-Rain was quite refreshing this morning.
-Motion was made to rename Mater as Stitches given his track record, but the real Stitches held true to form and left early. Good to see him out as it seems we've been on an alternating post schedule lately.
-Clark was impressed by how (little he's been running lately) his headlamp hasn't needed to be charged since before BRR, but still pushed YHC the whole way.
-Crawdad finally makes it a full post without someone asking recovery/injury advice (or atleast I hope as the PAX were spread a bit). He also took the Q Saturday so get out and support (get a free professional workout)
-Bertha seems to be getting back to form. #BRRogaWorks Most likely getting back into fighting shape with an upcoming Flyers/Canes game road trip in a few weeks.
-Q spot open this Friday for SchoolBellz so we'd love to see someone that hasn't taken it recently/at all (yes you Dandelion)
Always a pleasure to lead and be led by the PAX
