Bodhi’s First Wave

No one is this PAX list made it to Half Life this AM, so I brought Half Life to them. Had Turnpike showed up, we would have had to do a completly different workout. 

 

Warm up:

Mosey to Huntersville Elementary ball fields, and circle up. 

25x SSH

15x Cotton Pickers

Runner's Lunges until loose

The Thing:

Half mile loop around the ball fields (2 laps)

30 Squats

Repeato

Cool down mosey

30 squats and 30 monkey humpers

Quater mile sprint around the ball fields (1 long lap)

30 Squats

Repeato

Cool down mosey

10 squats

Line up on foul line, and sprint 200 yards to other ball field and back

Repeato 2x

Slow mosey back to DPK

Moleskins:

Every PAX over 21 made it to Harvey's for HDHH. Much 2nd F was had by all. 

It was great getting to know a little about Bodhi f/k/a Alan.  Surfer/Skater who studied Criminal Justice at  ECU.  He is all in for future GORUCK and BRR training & events.  He was buying everything we were selling. 

Hope all the PAX got something out of this workout.  If one person got faster today, then it was a success.  I think Burns and Bullet were breathing hard, but it was hard to tell from so far behind them.

Speaking of running, we covered a total of 3.4 miles, and I'm still not sure if it felt like more or less.
