Partner Up 

  • 400 Chest Press
  • 400 Squats
  • 200 Skull Crushers
  • 200 Full Curls

Partner one starts the reps while partner two quadraphillia to far end of parking lot then karaoke right to curb line, run  curb line down to other end and karaoke left back to partner. Repeat repeat until all is complete.
