9 men arose from the fartsack to take on the Tabata challenge.  A few chatted about Arnold's penis for a while, lots of complaints, but we left the AO with guns blazing and sweat poured.

FNG 1 is Spokes…get registered!

Warmup:

  • SSH X 20IC
  • Shoulder tap merkins X 10 IC – Q has no idea how to count these
  • Lunges X 15IC
  • Burpees X 10 OYO

Head to playground – 1 round of max pullups – Grab a block and head back to parking lot.

Tabata Challenge – 4 exercises – 20 sec on – 10 sec rest – 5 cycles

Round 1:

  • Merkins
  • Squats
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Burpees

Little Hill Run

Round 2:

  • Block curls
  • Block Shoulder Press
  • Skullcrushers
  • Trifecta

Little Hill Run

Round 3:

  • LBC
  • Carolina Dry Docks
  • Monkey Humpers
  • Burpees

Return blocks – one more round of max pull ups

MC:

  • SVU perimeter defense worked perfectly – No mustangers were able to infiltrate this AM.
  • Not naming names, but someone left with skidmarks in their drawers #showtoknow
  • Skipper demostrated the Mustang scalable option for most of the workout and then wondered why he was the only one not sweating
  • Retread brought a Greenville buddy to join us – Glad to have you this am Murdock!
  • Mulligan getting some extra credit in with pre-run.
