YHC excited to see 4 PAX take the pain challenge on this especially threatening day, given the weather forecast. Even though the sun was not out, BagBoys guns were certainly out as he adorned a well fitted tank top for the beatdown. PAX performed plenty of rock work including curls, rows, presses and skull crushers. 11’s were also performed on the tennis court with descending air squats and ascending merkins. PAX also performed praying mantis and air presses on the concession building and hit the picnic tables for incline merkins and rows. 1.3 Strava verified miles were covered ending under the shelter for MARY.
