We attempted to do 8 rounds (the number of points NCSU beat the Tarheels by on Sunday): around the circle – opposite ways, one partner Zamparini’s the other sled-pushes the block until they meet and switch exercises (continuing same way). However, after one round, we audibled and Zamparini’d as a group up the hill and sled down the hill.
