Mosey on to the track and make a warm-up lap

karaoke the straight away and mosey the corners to the next straight away

High knee skip thing that makes you look like Mario the straight away mosey the corner

Mosey to the pull-up bars and do Max effort

Mosey to the bottom of Clubber Lane

5 Burpees OYO at the bottom mosey to the next mailbox

10 Man makers OYO mosey to the next mailbox

15 Merkins OYO mosey to the next mailbox

20 Squats OYO mosey to the next mailbox

Repeato for a total of 3 sets and mosey to the top of Clubber lane

Mosey back down two streets to the left 

Quadraphelia to the top of the Cul de Sac three times

Mosey back to the launch pad
