SKINNY BB:

8 Pax rebelled against the Hollywood writers strike and wrote their own damn screenplay.  It was short and to the point.  Not a lot of BS, not a big buildup to a crappy climax and no tears were shed.  Just some sweat.

Brief synopsis:

Quick warm-ups

Some step-ups, dips, decline ‘mericans and LBCs

We moseyed to find the hidden blocks and brought them to our favorite parking ramp.

Partnered up for:DORA

300 LBCs while other partner farmer carried 2 blocks up the ramp, around the top and down the steps

100 Incline block ‘Mericans, other partner runs the ramp , around and down

200 block curls, same as above

300 block squats, same as above

Replace the blocks and booked it back to COT to run the credits.

Prayers up for Airstream’s cousin Mike and all those unspoken requests.
