- Q tagged in for El Tigre who was feeling under the weather. Reports of a diagnosis of Bong-chitis were greatly exaggerated
- Q is not so strong with the chalk, so went with the Brick audible / auto pilot workout instead
- Shoulders may be a little tender after that one…..
- Being tall helps when you’re playing basketball in high school. But try buying a shirt but doesn’t look like the Hindenburg, try finding pants in a store and try finding a car to drive. These are clearly non-vertically challenged problems
