1 Arm air press with Brick – 10 each arm

 

Mosey to the 4 Corners and partner up

Partner Plank Burpee and Merkin

P1 does Burpee and jumps P2 and then does a partner plank merkin

Flip flop

Increase Burpee at each corner

Wide Merkins – 5

 

Mosey to back of building and partner up

200 Curls between P1& P2 (all 4 bricks)

Run to circle in between

200 Shoulder presses P1& P2 (all 4 bricks)

Ranger Push up – 5

 

Mosey to the grass

Wheel Barrel forward half way and then do reverse wheel barrel

One Arm air press – 15 each arm
