Brick work on 1 Leg


warm up:

With bricks SSH 10x, Arm circles forward and reverse

IST 10x, TS 10x, apollo ohno 20

The thang:

partner up

all exercises with bricks and on one leg while parnter runs one lap

(switch leg and run another lap) so 2 laps/rounds on each exercise

-bent over shoulder flys

-curls

-tricep extension in lunge postion

-1 leg squat

-shoulder press

-1 leg calf raise

-skull crushers

-alternating arm raises

-merkins with alternating row

-pour the milk

-dips

-upright rows

-mason twist (mary)

Bricks has some motar for extra weight

Angry Oyster decided to throw pieces of mortar to start a mortar throwing war.

When I called pour the millk, PAX said I should call it pour the bourbon

PAX could not figure out which way to run the lap so we were running in different directions.
