Turnpike is a BEAST. He ran a 10K at 5am, 4 miles at Excelsior at 6am and then 1 mile in this beat down at 7am. I want to be like him when I grow up.
I couldn't remember if we did the exercises single count or in-cadence and then recalled that The Force was in attendance at the last Brickmas so I asked him. Without hesitation or any indication of searching the memory bank, he stated single count. He was right but even if it was in cadence, I think he would have still gone with the same answer.
It's great to be able to offer a workout like this to guys who have not experienced it before. I don't typically sweat excessively but I think I was able to wring out 6-8 ounces from my short this morning. I hope you all got as much out of this one as I did.
