Warmorama: Jog, Buttkicks, HighKnees, SideSteps, SSH x 25, IST x 15, TS x 15, Mericans x 10, 1/2 mile run

The Circuit: Rotate through exercises (using bricks or a sandbag or ruck).  Continuous exercise until runner completes run around parking lot.

  • Over Ruck Squats
  • Sandbag Curls
  • Sandbag or Brick Burpees
  • Mericans with Sandbag on the back
  • Military Press
  • Lunge Twists with Sandbag

Complete one circuit, group run parking lot, Repeato x 3

Mary: ?Low Flutter x 15, Low Dolly x 15, Can Opener x 15 L x 15 R (ouch!), LBC x 15, Plank

The Moleskine:

??Welcome FNG Pinto!  A self-made auto mechanic…  Friend suggested Grease Monkey.  Hambone suggested not "Turbo Charge" but "Over Charge"…  we started to circle closer to excellent (not!) car choices… the 2nd runner up was Vega…( excellent choice ) but the winner is…. Pinto!   Just make sure he's never the 6!  

Great job everyone on the workout.  The phrase to remember: Let the obstacle in the way be the way.  Its in the overcoming that we learn, grow, and succeed!
