Repeato with 200 Lunges.
Mosey to the Bridge over the Creek. Load test it.
Fast mosey south on the GW to the Bridge over the Greenway, 1590 feet by my calculations. Lots of effort put out in this evolution.
Some Monkey Humpers, Bear Crawls, Crab Walks, etc completed at this time.
Now mosey the final 1000 feet of the GW.
Spead out for Merkins and WWII's.
Follow SaltBae up to the parking lot in front of Dicks.
Enjoy our 2nd Mobility Moment of the morning.
Backward Bunny Hop a little. Sprint a little. Sprint some more.
