I said 11 earlier, but forgot to count myself…Correction 12 posted to ELHS Mustang for some whole body pain.

T-claps to Spork and Clubber for putting in the Standard extra credit. The preblast hinted at Method Man bringing the pain…but it was just YHC, Clark. But would you like to try my Wu Tang style?  Here is how it went.

100 yard lunge walk back

1 lap shake out

Mosey to the pull-up bar
1 round max pull-ups while the PAX holds people's chair
1 round max pull-ups while the PAX does LBC

Mosey to the rocks and grab a lifting rock

  • Good turn out but where was that one guy who had the flag #Fartsack #DBP #MissYou
  • Mustard went all beast mode on the burpee broad jumps and the lunge walk…and with good form. Also good to see you back out.
  • Atlantis returns…and at 54 can still throw down #OldManStrong #WD. Probably half of you haven't met him yet, but he was here when only 4 people were posting to mustang, YHC, Cheetah, Atlantis, C# were pretty much the PAX for months.
  • The 100 yards was more like 120…Sorry about that (Not Sorry)
