Run to DUMC to pickup bricks.
10 burpees with your bricks.
Run with your bricks to LKN Christian parking lot. 10 Renegade Row with bricks, run to bars for 10 pull-ups, run back to bricks. 10 Renegade Row, 9 pull-ups. 10 Renegade Row, 8 pull-ups. And so on down to 10 Renegade Row and 1 pullup. (That’s 55 pull-ups and 100 push-ups for those keeping count).
Run back to DUMC with your bricks.
Lateral Brick Raise x 25 (IC).
Arnold Brick Press x 25 (IC).
Run back to Green for Mary (prone lateral raise, slow lunges, and child’s pose shoulder stretch).
