8/6/19 – Broga Is Born
Several PAX made it out in the gloom to spend some time working on flexibility (the 4th F?) and getting stronger. We had quite a turn out this morning, thanks to all who supported the activity. So much mumble chatter yet at times the crickets were deafening.
Gave the disclaimer, yes, you can get hurt walking and stretching. A quick walk to warm the muscles a bit, then we get right into stretching. Standing up we did some hamstrings and shoulders. Then it was down to the mats, towels or pavement. We stretched the back, some more shoulders. Then on our 6’s for hamstring, glutes and butterfly. We wrapped up with some light strength exercises that tested everyone’s balance.
