Shakeweight loved the Nashville exercises so much that he is going to bring some Texas exercises to his next Q
Dolittle was the only one to finish the demotivators with me durying the warm-ups
Marker and Export may not have been happy with me for the run focused workout, but they crushed it.
Export also needed more running afterwards.
Thank you guys again for letting me lead. I know for a fact that if it wasn't for you I would have never done this workout.
