Calling it BRR-friendly didn’t fool anyone. We still did burpees. Being a solid MQ in his 2nd year of his 5-year contract with Arnie’s Army, @auto rolled in and was ready to work out, despite being drained from this weekend’s BRR. @twister also made it for his first Arnie’s visit – a 20 minute ride from the Mountain Island Lake sub-region. Calling it a ghost town is an exaggeration though, we were 3 strong.
