Your QIC realized he made a mistake in signing up to Q today…still feeling rough from the BRR, we kept the running to an absolute minimum.

Warmup:

  • Squats X 10IC
  • Dippy Birds X 10IC each leg
  • Windmill X 10IC

Completed this pyramid twice – each exercise was done for approximately 1 minute.
