Normal warm up and then mosey to the cinder block pile.

  • Pick a partner, pick a block
  • Circle up at parking spot #13

Dora rules:

Partner A runs to pull up bars, does 5 pull ups and runs back, partner B does block exercise

At the completion of each exercise, both partners complete 15 WW2 sit ups

 

Dora Block Exercises:

  • 150 curls
  • 150 squats
  • 150 shoulder presses
  • 150 skull crushers
  • 150 merkins
  • 150 bent over rows
  • 150 calf raises

 Return blocks and return to parking lot to circle up

Mary:

  • Freddie mercury x 30
  • Single leg LBC x 10
  • Mason Twist x 15
  • WW2 x 10
  • 2 burpees
