Bungle at the Jungle


9 Pax braved the Omaha bootcamp Q.   The strength based workout had no SSH or running planned.  

The Thang

  • Warm up and mosey to the blocks
  • 5 minutes of blocks for each muscle group
    • Legs
    • chest
    • back
    • triceps
    • biceps
    • shoulders
    • Legs again
  • fished out with Mary and Mobility

The Moleskin

  • Canuck was upset the bootcamp did not have any running and decided to add a lap in between the sets. 
  • There was some grumbling that the workout did not include SSH.  Is there a rule all worksouts have to have SSH?  I think not!
  • In the end, I am pleased that the PAX feels comfortable to do their own thing when needed and happy they did not run off.
