COT – Renaissance Man

1.  Firestone is doing an excellent job as MQ.  Please get on the schedule.  He has memorized the St. Marks bell timing perfectly.  And he's a stud.

2.  KnockOut rolled in late but jumped run in with the partner workouts with his evil twin Titan.

3.  Titan nearly impregnated me in the COT.  Wear some protection next time! Ha.

4.  Was awesome to have Lonnie Bagwell and both his boys out there today.  Liam and Colin both did all the exercises and no complaints.  Great young men!  Please come back and get a moniker. Both are into competitiove archery (Katniss, Legalos, Mocking Jay…?)  The toughest F3 names are girl names (see Cindy F3 metro).

5.  2nd post Will Thompson also enjoyed the beatdown and said, "Do you do this every weekend?"  He's a teenage day trader and into crypto currency and trading stocks.  He wqs named Delta – something to do with the rate of risk or potential of a stock.

6.  Renassaince Man may need a new knee and he left several sweat angels behind.  Luckily he survived.  Good to see you back!!!!

7.  Omega, Die Hard, and Rocket are Mighty Jungle staples.  Thanks for helping me and keeping the Pax, especially the FNG's, on pace.

8.  Good to make the connection that Reed Beaver aka Drebin is part of F3.  Nice EH Gambini.  Great dude!!!

Keep pushing yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually to be more disciplined.  You'll thank yourself later.  Blessings and safety this weekend men.

Aye,

Scrappy
