I had a really bad day at work on Thursday. I almost got in a physical altercation with a co-worker and my M asked a group to pray for me through out the day. A F3 member and a friend reached out to me from that group and checked on me. I told him that I really needed to calm down and be a good example, but I am not good at that. He simply said remember the bible verse on your racecar. When we are struggling with things and do not see a way to get through it give it to God.

It was great to have Turnpike come visit us again. Stayed quiet and killed all the exercises as usaul.
A few good ideas for names for Rebound and a few names that was sure to never have him back. Thanks Ziploc and Clark for being prepared.
Zippy asked Rebound what he is going to do with all of his money now that he isn't going to burn all the time. The PAX got a good chuckle out of that.
