Skull Crushers/10 Burpees – Run to top of parking lot and back down
Decline Merkin/10 Burpees – Run to top of parking lot and back down
Bent Row/10 Burpees – Run to top of parking lot and back down
Squat Thrusters/10 Burpees – Run to top of parking lot and back down
Block Swings/10 Burpees – Run to top of parking lot and back down
Block Sit-ups/10 Burpees – Run to top of parking lot and back down
