started with 2 lbc's at the top, sprint to the bottom but we had to stop half way for 2 jump squats, 2 burpees at the bottom…did this until we completed 12 lbc's and 12 burpees while always stopping halfway for 2 jump squats
Mosey back but we stopped to complete 2 burpees at the entrace of every parking lot.
Finished at the flag with 5 eight count body builders.
Mary: did not happen. all pax advised to stay late if they wanted mary
Moleskin:
-I love CSAUP events and I love all the PAX but don't like what the events do to the attendance of the actual bootcamp workouts. No judgement here!
-The ladder sucked and for only 3 of us doing it, I heard plenty of BS calls (including from me)
