Runners ran while the bellers mozied to the Lowe's lot for a little 5 station bell/burpee workout.
10 reps IC, run to 1st island for 1 burpee and back
Repeato 10 IC to 2nd island for 2 burps…all the way to 5
Exercises included- curls, skull crushers, military press, and alternating the last round
60 burpees plus 100 of each exercise
Mailman astutely pointed out the 10 IC = 20 reps, and I'm tired now
