If you ever go an extended period of time without posting, you crave and WANT merkins for some reason. So we made that happen.
Spice Girls "Wannabe" where "want" or "wanna" = 1 merkin and plank "rest" in between. 45 total merkins in 2:46 for those counting at home. Right arm up during plank for chorus one and left arm up during chorus two.

-Bertha made it very clear how many merkins and pullups the PAX had done last month…they should be getting easier then right?
-ThriftShop reminisced about the college clubbing days when the SG jam started playing
-Try to get a dad joke past Sparrow…I dare ya
-It's been a while since YHC has posted so to see how much stronger Export is getting is truly awesome. Keep at it brother (and get registered on the website)
-Stitches bounces around and makes it look easy fresh off of his military training high
-Got to meet Blue finally so glad to see out there humping it (and hopefully registering on the website)
-Crabby pushes YHC as always (and got even faster when he found out Finkle was a Chelsea fan)
-AO2AOV is on the docket for this friday night. Launching from ELHS at 1900 and ending at the Sailview AO (not clubhouse). See Mysterion for deets, but if you can do a 45 minute workout you can do this. I challenge you to find a better free fellowhip event around.
