We ran what is affectionately referred to as the business park balls and shaft route which is just a little over 5. Kip must not have been too excited as he only got it up to just over 3 while Tantrum on the other hand was able to get it up to just over 5.5. While the rest of us maxed out today at just a bit over 5.
It was good to share a Friday run with this fine group. Good conversations all around during the run and post run at coffee.
