Opened up with a some side straddle hops to hand release merkans (10 reps) x 3
work out – (Each with a short lap after)
1 – side straddle hops to hand release merkans 10 reps each
2 – side straddle hops to hand release merkans 10 reps each – 20 curls
3 – side straddle hops to hand release merkans 10 reps each – 20 curls – 30 skull crushers
4 – side straddle hops to hand release merkans 10 reps each – 20 curls – 30 skull crushers – 40 lawn mower pulls (20 each arm)
5 – side straddle hops to hand release merkans 10 reps each – 20 curls – 30 skull crushers – 40 lawn mower pulls (20 each arm) – 50 KB swings
We had a sprint in the middle of about 150 yards
Then we did another sprint at the end of about 150 yards
Finished with 20 hand release merkans
