Late backblast so the details are fuzzy. The two FNG's listed are for 66's 2.0's who hung in for the whole workout like champs. For most of the morning we broke off into two groups and did partner based exercises. After some good Warmorama the morning was filled with pull-ups, mountain climbers, LBC's, bear crawls, wall sits, balls to the wall, some rock work, and a round of DORA (100 Merican's, 200 Air Squats, 300 LBC's). We finished out with a Burpee Countdown from 5, and then back up again. About 5 minutes of Mary with various PAX calling the exercises, ending promptly at 0800 which is rarely done these days at The Estate.
