Callahan and Cobra Kai arrived just a few minutes late but we were fortunate that they were able to find and join us on the corner of 115 as we began our mosey over to the Amercian Legion Park.

It was a great and invigorating morning which covered roughly 1.8 miles, including stops along the way for some strength and mobility work.  Upon arriving at the park, PAX performed solid reps under the picnic shelter including incline and decline merkins, air squats and dips.  On the way back, PAX hit the nearby rock pile for curls, skull crushers, rows, and shoulder presses.  The uphill route on the way back (south on 115) was somewhat challenging but PAX crushed it as expected.  We hit some walking lunges at the parking lot in front of Barley Market, and ended the beatdown with a mix of MARY

Goat, Blackbeard and Canuck performed a 4+ mile jaunt throughout Cornelius and Davidson and a well attended coffeeteria provided some great 2nd F which also included our founding father, Moses.

Cobra Kai is looking for help this upcoming weekend to serve the homeless – Saturday setup help is needed, and help is needed to prepare and serve meals at Community in Christ Lutheran Church – please reach out to CK for details and current needs. 

Prayers were lifted for PAX struggling with health issues and PAX affected by family members struggling
