We kicked things off with some ‘Green Sally’, followed by:

  • 200 Jump Ropes
  • 100 SSH
  • 100 IST
  • 100 Hillbillies
  • 100 High Knees

Next, we did some block work with pull-ups thrown in for good measure, then moseyed to the wall for dips, B2W, and Peoples Chair.

  • The Force took us out with his weird new core exercise (I can’t remember the name, but you have to STK)
