13 Pax were at #NightRanger to play some Uno. Here’s what went down:

Mosey to get blocks from the pit

Warmarama (IC):

-Lil’ Professor/Dwight Schrute/long snapper/carrot puller/slippery dip can/soap locator x10

Game of Uno:

We played an old school game of Uno, but F3 style. The only cards that mattered were numbers, skips, and draws. Colors meant nothing and reverse and wild cards were counted as a zero point card. The Pax would run up the deck, grab a card and run back down. The total point for each card were tallied and that # of reps (IC)would then be done.

-B2W (Each Pax had to take a turn doing a 3 count from the beginning to the end of the line until we could come down)

Recover, Recover

Moleskin:

Camelback and YHC did a ruck standard while Crocs, Jedi, PitStop, 9 Lives, and Jaws did a run standard. All Pax did a lot of reps as the cards were not kind to us. Doubles came to get it done and led the Pax with sprints, reps, and even wanted more burpees. YHC thinks he overheard Crocs even state that we should just keep going to fifty on some rep series. Camelback wore his long sleeve t-shirt, but that didn’t restrict his mobility at all. Jedi stuck around after his long standard because he wanted some additional pain. Motorboat was dreaming about his next sailing expedition in  between reps. Something was thinking about tacos even before the workout began. Freedom didn’t show up for a standard ruck, but promised he’d show next week to ruck with YHC. Always good to see 9-Lives at a workout to keep the mumble chatter going. Jaws gave a great performance tonight and wasn’t too far behind Doubles on the sprints. PitStop got a head start on doubles for the last lap up the track so he could claim at least one lead/victory. Carpet Bagger has huge arms and could’ve held two pax in each hand in an over head extension, but just chose not to because that would just be weird (maybe not to him though). The Force made an appearance tonight! Amen even showed up to say hello after our post. The Pax all tried to show off to impress him for his Night Ranger visit. YHC loves the Night Ranger faithfuls. All Pax got it it done and made YHC proud. Wait, we were supposed to do 11 more burpees and YHC forgot! Oh well, there’s always next time. Thanks for lending YHC the keys to the AO PitStop!  It is always great to end the day with my F3 brothers.

COT/Namarama/Prayer/Tacos:
