Today is May 24, which in Canada is Victoria Day. In the province of Ontario (where my M grew up), it's simply known as May 2-4. A drinking holiday… I shared this wisdom with my fellow pax under a light drizzle, and we opted for workout instead of coffee, with exercises in some derivation of 24.

Mosey to Lower Lot by trail entrance and Aussie Corner
The Thang:
We grabbed rocks and did 3 rounds of 6 exercises with a small lap of the parking lot between each exercise. Exercises were: rock squat, curl, dead lift, dirty diaper, calf raise, and skull crusher.
We moseyed back to the dry portico and did one WW2 sit-up, then recover, recover.
COT:
No major announcements but 2nd F opportunity to see an old Tom Cruise in a money grab at Old Town Cinema sometime soon.
