Can’t talk if you have to keep counting


Again, noone wanted to Q so more pain was brought to the lot

3 guys went on a rucking adventure to the rock and back – Red Cedar, Blackbeard, and Jimmy O

The rest of us ran a short lap and then did our warmup routine.

Everyone grab a block

Line up shoulder to shoulder on one side of the island.

  Start in first parking spot do 1 rep, second parking spot 2 reps, and so on up to 14 spots, then walk adround and down back to the beginning.  The mummble chatter was very minimal today due to the need to keep counting.

First round was curls, then shoulder presses.  Yeah those definitely sucked

We then moved on to squats, and then skull crushers

Had some time remaining so we did another round of squats nad then finished with another round curls

Blocks back and recover recover

The ruckers arrived just as we were circling up.

We had fun regardless the number of reps performed, which was a total of 105 each round
