- Nice Bellz turnout considering the weather.
- It happened that it was an all-veteran workout: 3 Army, 1 Marine. YHC jokingly said that Shake Weight messed up the all-Army count, but that was just a joke. Marines are bad-ass, so really glad to have him.
- Scope has gotten STRONG brothers! He was tossing that 35-pounder like a BEAST.
- Broke never misses an opportunity to dish out burpees.
