Follow each exercise with 5x Merkins first set, 5x SSHs second set, 5x WWIs third set);

15 x KB Uhauls IC

15 x KB Lawn Mower Pulls IC (each arm)

15 x KB Skull Crushers IC

15 x KB Curls IC

15 x KB Goblet Squats IC

15 x KB Swings OYO

 

Repeato reducing reps by 5 (15, 10, 5), then;

 

Round Robin – In round robin fashion, each PAX led an exercise of their choosing, maximum 10 reps (2 rounds x 4 PAX)

 

7 Minute Abs

M/C:

  • Nice Bellz turnout considering the weather.
  • It happened that it was an all-veteran workout: 3 Army, 1 Marine. YHC jokingly said that Shake Weight messed up the all-Army count, but that was just a joke. Marines are bad-ass, so really glad to have him. 
  • Scope has gotten STRONG brothers! He was tossing that 35-pounder like a BEAST.
  • Broke never misses an opportunity to dish out burpees.
