Cardio day at the Gladiator

First Thank you Travolta for letting me lead and you are the man for running Gladiator for four years running.

We started out with a little jog and light warm up with broad jump burpees, tootsie roll burpees and turkish burpees.

Sprints followed with some side straddle hops thrown in for good measure.

Each pax member grabbed a cinder and we pushed those for a while at the back of the lot.

Made our way down to the wall at the opening of the church parking lot for some wall jumps followed by intermittent burpees.

We sprinkled some rocky balboas into the mix starting and 10 and doing a ladder by 5 to 30 and back down throughout the work out.

Back to the sprints in the parking lot with a few more pushes of the cinder to keep heart rate up back to storage location of cinders.

5 dead hang pull-ups, some merkans with pause at the bottom and finished with at a rocky balboa/burpee ladder.
