  • 6 peter parker sprint repeato x 3
  • 6 squats, sprint repeato x 3
  • 6 burpees, sprint repeato x 3
  • sprint and jog back. repeato x 6

?Act II: Cards

Complete a set of 5 pullups, 10 mericans, 15 squats get a card from deck.  Keep going for 10 minutes or deck is done.  Best hand wins.

Moleskine: So it was wet but the rain held out.  A little sprinkle couldn't stop these guys!  We did replace the LBC with peter parkers because of the wet pavement and we did seek the covered sidewalk for the "Yards".  Great job moving this morning… the counting was a different story.  I blame the early morning.  Natty Lite had an awesome moment with "chariots of fire" slo-mo pulsing through his head.  He was busting through the gate before anyone else, thinking I'm rocking these slow pokes, only to remember it was 6 left AND right ohnos!

The cards was  a fun change to the sprints.  The winner-winner-chicken-dinner?  El Tigre with 3 8's.  Natty and Zona had pairs.  Sparty and Grip had wet cards.  🙂
