Ponch for the 4:30 Standard with Amen
Ping was under the weather, so he subbed it out to me.
I immediately turned around and subbed it out to the cartoon below.
We did 3 sets of 10 in cadence with a short break in between.
We only made it midway through core, so if you’re so inclined you can finish at home.

We prayed for Four-way’s wife (Health concerns) and Ultraman’s parents as they adjust to their new living arrangement.
