Warmup:
- Squat Walkers X 15IC
- Toy Soldiers X 15IC
- Windmills X 10IC
- Arm circles for the pax while the Q gets his phone…pax gets that terrified look in their eyes
- Green Sally Up/Down
Thang:
Now that we're sufficiently warmed up – head to the playground and grab a block and return to AO. Lots of grumbles heard when the Q keeps on trucking through the parking lot with his block. Bring blocks to the top of big baby hill and learn how to play Blackjack…Vortex style!
- Top of hill – Block Curls
- Bottom of hill – LBC
Pax starts by running to bottom of hill where they complete 11IC OYO LBC.
Quadraphelia back up hill to your block and complete 10 OYO Block curls
After each round you increase the LBC by 1 and decrease the Block Curls by 1 so that it always equals 21…
Increasing and Decreasing by 1 is difficult at 5:30am therefore much confusion arose, but pax eventually caught on and sweated profusely while doing so.
If you finish early – Burpees while you wait for the 6.

- Short story here – Abrams was lapping the field, and we all just assumed it was because he's fast…then we saw him do 8 LBC when he was suppose to do 18IC…BUSTED! Do some burpees bro!
